-Orders are shipped within 5 business days of the date of purchase except in the case of custom orders.
-Our policy time is 14 days for a store credit on clothing.
If 14 days have passed since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. All jewelry, sale, bag and trunk show order purchases are FINAL Sale.

- All returns of items that have been shipped must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date with no visible signs of wear and tags attached. After inspection, the return is approved or denied and issued a store credit only. The return of merchandise will be paid for by the customer and the shipment of the exchanged goods will be paid for by Holly Shae Design.
