We hope you love your Holly Shae pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below.
Return Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned for online store credit if they are postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and unused
Free of any visible signs of wear or damage
Returned with all original tags attached
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be approved and will be returned to the customer.
Store Credit
All approved returns are issued as online store credit only.
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
All sale items discounted 40% or higher
Any item purchased using a discount or promotional code
Price adjustments are not offered.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once a return is received and approved, Holly Shae Design will cover shipping on the exchanged item(s).
Inspection & Approval
All returns are inspected upon arrival. Approved returns will receive store credit. Items that do not meet our return standards will not be accepted.
