Every collection begins with a story—one told through hand-painted artwork, thoughtful sourcing, and small-batch production. Designed with intention and care, each Holly Shae piece reflects a belief that clothing should feel as good as it looks: confident, comfortable, and quietly elevated, with meaning woven into every detail.

STEP 1

Inspiration & Vision

Everything begins with a feeling — coastal breezes, timeless elegance, heirloom charm, and the stories worth wearing. We gather moodboards of vintage fabrics, classic patterns, color palettes, and inspiration drawn from life, nature, and heritage. This step ensures each collection starts from a place of emotion and authenticity.

Ideation & Print-Making

Once the vision speaks to us, our team translates that inspiration into design: sketching silhouettes, hand-drafting patterns, planning proportions, and refining details. This careful design work ensures every piece honors the original inspiration and will fit gracefully, intentionally, and timelessly.

STEP 3

Thoughtful Sourcing & Production

We partner with responsible suppliers, often working in small-batch production to maintain quality and minimize waste. Rather than following fast-fashion’s rush, we focus on sustainable materials and mindful manufacturing — aligning longevity, quality, and environmental respect. Each piece is crafted with care, preserving the integrity of the design and ensuring garments can be loved for years, not just a season.

When the garments are complete, they become part of collections sent to boutiques and/or directly to you.
