Currently, we offer custom shipping rates on all orders within the United States and Canada. These rates are dependent on carrier rates near you.
We are looking to expand our shipping options to create a more flexible shopping experience. We will keep this board updated as changes occur.
Orders shipped via USPS Ground typically arrive within 3–4 business days once they leave our studio. Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or high-volume periods.
Yes! We’re happy to ship internationally. For current rates and delivery estimates, please email us directly and we’ll provide a custom shipping quote for your destination.
You’ll receive an order confirmation immediately after checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll also receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Returns & Refunds
Yes, we accept returns of items postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be unworn, unwashed, have no visible signs of wear, and include all original tags.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
We do not offer refunds. All approved returns will receive online store credit only.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned merchandise.
However, Holly Shae Design will cover the shipping cost of the exchanged goods once your return is approved and processed.
Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected. If approved, you will receive online store credit. If the item does not meet our return criteria, the return will be denied.
