$10 Flat Rate UPS Ground (2-3 day) shipping on all orders within the United States and Canada.  For international shipping rates, please email us. All returns of items that have been shipped must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date with no visible signs of wear and tags attached. After inspection, the return is approved or denied and issued a store credit only.

The return of merchandise will be paid for by the customer and the shipment of the exchanged goods will be paid for by Holly Shae Design. All returns are for ONLINE CREDIT ONLY and must be used within 30 days of the original date of purchase. No PRICE ADJUSTMENTS, no exceptions.
